COVID-19 and Burgundy Information Services

We are following advice from Public Health England and putting the health and well-being of our employees, their families, our valued clients and customers first.

We aim to maintain our service to our clients as best we can and we have taken steps to ensure that we can provide a continued service and be available to advise on any sales matters when needed. These are unique and difficult times and we are doing everything within our powers to maintain ‘business as usual’.

Our key aim is that we remain operational and available to provide a continuous service throughout this difficult period. However, we would ask you to bear with us during this difficult time.

We are taking the following specific actions:

  • All meetings – with our clients, customers and external partners, are being held via telephone/conference call.
  • All business travel to meetings, clients, conferences etc have ceased based on advice from Public Health England.
  • All of our staff already work from home offices, we are used to it, and our contact details remain unchanged.

We do not currently foresee any impact on the continuity of our service, but should the situation change we will notify clients immediately. Although we believe the actions we have put in place are appropriate for the current levels of risk, they remain under constant review.
